This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be responsible for the overall running of the site during your shift. You’ll be managing the team, keeping the operation running smoothly and making sure standards around health &amp; safety, quality, stock and productivity are maintained.  We’re open to people from different backgrounds, including  manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics and distribution . The main thing we’re looking for is someone who has experience managing people and taking responsibility for a busy shift.
