Description Setting and adjusting injection moulding machines and tooling. Changing moulds and carrying out machine/tooling set-ups. Setting process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle times. Starting up machines and making adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. Troubleshooting issues such as defects, machine faults and production problems. Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet specifications.
