Shift Reliability Leader

We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Shift Reliability Leader . This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established company. Work Pattern: 39 hours per week Mon-Fri (overtime weekend available) Shifts rotating every weekly between morning and afternoon shift Day Shift - 06:00 - 14:00 Afternoon Shift - 14:00 - 22:00 Department: Engineering The role: The role provides expert direction to the team to improve reliability and realise strategic and tactical goals for the site operations. Reliability leader has hands-on responsibility to provide direct support to the shifts and the long-term asset care on site and take responsibility for a team of shift Engineering Technicians in absence of the Asset Care Lead. Key areas of responsibility: Complete and track, work orders / jobs allocation on the CMMS system on daily basis.
