Shift Production Team Lead

We are seeking to appoint a Shift Production Team Leader to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. The successful candidate will lead shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. This is a shift role based south of GlasgowKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperate, start, stop, and monitor turbines, boilers, pumps, water treatment systems, and other plant equipment using a DCS systemEnsure plant operations remain within defined parameters while complying with strict HSE regulations, company policies, and proceduresConduct plant walkdowns and daily inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficientlyMonitor Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) to ensure compliance with environmental permit conditionsProvide technical supervision and support to company and contract staffWork within the company''s Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management SystemsDirect and guide Shift Process Operators in carrying out scheduled plant inspections, asset adjustments, and reporting activitiesSupport and coordinate minor reactive maintenance and process stoppages, including raising jobs on the maintenance systemAssist in the continuous improvement of operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintain accurate plant performance records and complete shift logsSupervise the testing and treatment of boiler, cooling, and other plant water systemsMaintain a clean, ..... full job details .....
