Job Title: Shift Production OperativeLocation: Bury St Edmunds, IP28Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentShift Pattern: Panama (12-hour rotating days and nights)A well-established and growing FMCG business based in Bury St Edmunds is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Shift Production Operative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the FMCG sector who is comfortable with long shifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Please note: due to the site location, a full driving licence is essential.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor 24/7 production facilityAdjust and maintain milling and cleaning equipment for optimal performanceMaintain high standards of product quality and consistencyMaximise output and minimise downtimeAdhere to all food safety and hygiene standardsKeep work areas clean, organised, and safeSupport both preventative and reactive maintenance tasksAccurately complete production and safety documentationAssist with loading tankers when requiredSkills and Experience:Previous experience working Panama shifts is highly desirableBackground in food production or manufacturing is a strong advantageAble to work both independently and as part of a teamBasic IT skills and good understanding of health and safety practicesPhysically fit and comfortable with manual workBenefits: Regular overtime availableJob security in a family-owned businessOn-the-job training providedClear opportunities for career ..... full job details .....
