Shift Production ManagerOldham, Greater Manchester £48,410 per annum 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm PermanentThe CompanyOur client is a well-established food manufacturing business supplying high-quality products to its customers.Due to continued growth and development, they are looking to recruit an experienced Shift Production Manager to lead their afternoon production operation.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manufacturing leader who can develop people, maintain high operational standards and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.The RoleAs the Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production team to achieve planned volumes while effectively controlling labour, materials and waste.You will create a safe, positive and productive working environment, ensuring the team consistently meets health and safety, food safety, quality and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.You will also analyse operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively with other departments to support wider site objectives.Shift Production Manager Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage the production team to achieve agreed production volumes and performance targets.Manage health and safety, quality, GMP, labour, materials and waste across the shift.Ensure accidents, near misses and operational concerns are reported and investigated correctly.Ensure ..... full job details .....
