Shift Process Technician

Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for 22 Shift Process Technicians to join the Manufacturing team at their site in Greatham, Hartlepool. Opportunities are available across a range of production areas, including Oxidation, Chlorination, Control Room Operations and Plant Operations. The Shift Process Technician is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the production unit to achieve business, production, quality and safety targets. The role operates as part of the shift production team, ensuring process activities are carried out in line with operating instructions, environmental, health and safety requirements and Process Safety Management standards, while supporting plant reliability, maintenance preparation, emergency response and continuous improvement, Roles and Responsibilities: Training and Competence: Achieve, maintain and demonstrate competence through training, validation and re-validation in the required process technician role berths. Safety and Process Safety Management: Apply a Zero Harm mindset and Process Safety Management principles to all process activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, responsibly and in accordance with site requirements. Plant Operations: Operate the plant in accordance with operating instructions and procedures to ensure safe, efficient and effective production performance.
