Position: Shift Plumber
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum + Overtime
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days & Nights)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Plumber to join the on-site team at a commercial facility in West Sussex. What you''ll do:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across plumbing building services systems.
• Perform repairs on pipework, valves, pumps, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and associated mechanical plant.
• Undertake fault finding and diagnose issues to ensure systems remain safe and operational.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, completing works efficiently to minimise disruption.
• Support general building services maintenance and assist the wider engineering team when required.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any follow-on works.

What you''ll bring:

• City & Guilds / NVQ in a Plumbing discipline.
• Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
• Strong fault-finding and practical plumbing skills.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
