Shift Plant Operative / Process Operator - Waste and Recycling

PLANT OPERATIVE / PROCESS OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN REQUIRED TO COVER LATE / NIGHT SHIFT OPERATIONS TITLE: Shift Plant Operative / Process Operator Waste and Recycling LOCATION: Leicester (outer) SALARY: Negotiable Circa £30-33K DOE, plus benefits HOURS: 5 x 8.5hr shifts with 30 mins break. Days worked flexible to candidate 4pm 12:30am or 8:30pm 5am or between those times. On call rota. YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Waste Operative, Process Technician, Farm Hand, Recycling Operative, Process Operator, Landfill Leachate Technician, Farm Worker, Dairy Operative, Plant Operative, Quarry Operative, Anaerobic Digestion Plant Technician, Sewage treatment Plant Operative. ROLE: Shift Plant Operative / Process Operator Waste and Recycling You will work alone ensuring the plant process keeps running overnight, by monitoring the control room You will operate mobile and static plant (training given) equipment to prepare material for processing You will undertake basic maintenance, ensuring work is undertaken safely You will undertake general manual and cleaning duties.
