The ideal candidate will have experience within FMCG or Food Manufacturing/similar environment. The role will consist of working 2 days / 2 nights with 4 off SIC Coordination: Lead Shift Information Connection meetings; ensure actions are tracked and closed. Escalation Point: Act as senior decision-maker on shift; resolve cross-functional issues. Non-Conformance Management: Investigate quality issues; complete CAPAs and ensure follow-through. GMP Audits: Conduct audits; close out actions and drive compliance. Leader Standard Work (LSW): People: Complete one to ones, absence management process, investigate disciplinary issues. Safety: Verify safety checks, incident / observation reporting, and hazard closure. Quality: Review defect data, audit findings, and quality alerts.
