• You will be responsible for operational matters on shift
• A focus on delivering against KPI''s as well as the ability to solve novel problems.

• Focus on Continuous improvement projects

• Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity
