Shift Multiskilled Engineer ROLE: Shift Multiskilled EngineerLOCATION: Birmingham, West MidlandsPAY RATE: 22.05 PAYE ( 43k equivalent)CONTRACT: Temp to Perm - ASAP Start - 20th December 2026HOURS: Monday-Friday, 12:00-20:00 (30-minute break)SECTOR: Healthcare / Facilities Management THE ROLE:We are seeking a qualified Shift Multiskilled Engineer to support a major facilities management provider on a large healthcare contract in Birmingham. The successful candidate will primarily work within an acute hospital environment, with duties across associated mental health and retained estate facilities when required. The role will focus on electrical maintenance, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), testing and inspection, reactive and breakdown maintenance, and emergency response. Previous healthcare and/or healthcare PFI experience is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out planned, reactive, breakdown and emergency electrical maintenance.Complete testing, inspection, repairs and new works within the electrical trade scope.Ensure response and rectification times and SLAs are achieved, escalating potential delays appropriately.Work safely and in compliance with BS 7671, HTMs, CDM, Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.Interpret technical drawings, specifications and instructions and work effectively without supervision.Accurately update CAFM systems, maintenance records, plant/equipment data and job information.Support condition surveys and lifecycle ..... full job details .....
