Maintaining and fault-finding on HVAC plant, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, heating systems, and associated mechanical equipment. Responding promptly to breakdowns and ensuring minimal disruption to critical hospital operations. Completing maintenance activities in line with health and safety regulations and site procedures. Supporting statutory compliance and ensuring accurate completion of maintenance records. Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery across the site. Participating in the shift rota covering both day and night shifts.
