If you have experience as a shift manager, shift supervisor, or in a similar operational leadership role, we would like to hear from you About the Role As a Shift Manager, you''ll oversee depot operations during your shift, managing staff, processes, and resources to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your leadership will help maintain high service standards for our customers. Key Responsibilities Process and Cost and Resource Management Oversee all critical shift processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and SOPs. Support shift supervisors in managing resources, workflows, and stakeholder coordination, allocating shift resources efficiently to balance cost control with service quality. Leadership and Staff Management Communicate effectively with teams, providing clear updates on performance and objectives. Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance, offering coaching and development, and ensure staff receive proper training. Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
