About the role The Warehouse Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities during an assigned shift, ensuring efficient operations, health and safety compliance, and team productivity. This role supervises warehouse staff, manages performance, and ensures that, picking and delivery, processes meet company standards.
