to join our growing multiuser site in

Thatcham . While working with us, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, prioritising colleague wellbeing, health, and safety, and overseeing operational KPIs.This is a full-time, permanent role, working on a shift pattern of

Monday to Friday

hours, with working on

weekends on a rota basis . The shift pattern is

6am-2:30pm .Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of

£37,000 , and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What you’ll do on a typical day:Provide best possible employee relations through positive leadership, encouragement, motivation, regular communication and respectManaging agency staff requirements; ensuring that resource is planned effectively in line with volume forecast and KPIsResponsible for owning the headcount tracker for the relevant client(s), providing daily updates to all stakeholdersResponsible for compiling and submitting operational data (planned and actual) to relevant internal stakeholders at agreed times and datesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues ideally within an E-commerce operationStrong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProblem solving, reacts quickly and appropriately to issues, follows up in a timely mannerWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.Seniority level
