The Shift Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting team leaders, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The successful Shift Manager will lead teams on shift, drive performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the operation.Key Responsibilities:.
