This is a great opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager who is keen to join a vibrant and positive team as well as, being keen to take part in their continued success and growth. ResponsibilitiesArrange, produce, and document shift patterns / Preparation of the shift including shift briefing and site inspection.Organising production throughput, allocation of job roles and traffic management.Manage the offloading and loading of vehicles according to the traffic management plan.Prepare the site for the receipt of existing, new, and projected volumes of material.Assist with general maintenance requirements.Maintaining a safe working environment.Ensure permit requirements are met.Ensure high standards of production discipline are maintained. / Ensure compliance with company regulations, including working hours, health and safety, and site permitting.Measure productivity and ensure KPIs are met.Performance manage staff and provide training, coaching and support to the team.RequirementsYou must be a strong leader with good interpersonal and people management skills.Experience in managing a team and ideally within the waste recycling industry.Good ..... full job details .....
