The RoleYou''ll lead from the front.First responder for accidents, breakdowns and production issuesDrive performance against the production planChallenge under performance and recover lost timeOversee both operational and maintenance activityConduct HSE audits, risk assessments and investigationsManage emergency response plansSign off work, reports and shift handoversUse CMMS (Agility) to manage reactive workHandle low level HR matters and shift coverThis is visible leadership. You''re comfortable taking autonomous responsibility. You understand production flow, plant performance and how to get a team pulling in the same direction.Ideally you''ll have:Experience controlling manufacturing or maintenance activitiesExposure to permit systems and preventative maintenanceStrong HandS credentialsThe confidence to challenge and the calm to handle pressure The Shift PatternTwo 12-hour days.
