Location: -Elland, Halifax Shifts: -4 on / 4 off (Continental Shift Pattern) Salary: 45,000 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production teams. Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeeping. Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. Monitor inventory, stock control, and WMS/NetSuite transactions. Ensure SOPs and training records are maintained and up to date. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, H&S, and HR teams to resolve operational issues.
