Location: Elland, Halifax Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (Continental Shift Pattern) Salary: 45,000 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production teams. Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and housekeeping. Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. Monitor inventory, stock control, and WMS/NetSuite transactions. Ensure SOPs and training records are maintained and up to date. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, HandS, and HR teams to resolve operational issues.
