As a Shift Manager, you will deliver exceptional "old school" hospitality and fresh food experiences, supporting management in leading shifts, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Your primary objective is to create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff, driving continuous improvement in service and restaurant performance.
