Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing clear leadership to shift teams and coordinating key stakeholders across Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and NPD functions.  This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across the shift.
