Your main responsibility is to maintain operational excellence by observing, delegating, and executing daily concept workflow (DCWF), delivering a high degree of guest satisfaction, and supporting the store management team with a people-centric corrective feedback culture and a train-every-day mindset.Our vision is to become the first truly global people-centric food and beverage brand by offering a healthy, convenient, and ambient experience when entering our universe. DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to high standards by following the set structure, observing operational gaps based on traffic, delegating tasks, and providing corrective and acknowledging feedback.Cleanliness and Standards: Oversee and follow up on checklists to ensure adherence with food and bar safety principles (Pink Standard). Document and report any issues honestly.Juicer Training: Conduct planned Juicer training following the mantra: “Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation” to build skilled and engaged team members.Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address in-store guest feedback professionally.Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts, communicate daily targets, and oversee deliveries and related reporting.Key Performance Indicators
