DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to high standards by following the set structure, observing operational gaps based on traffic, delegating tasks, and providing corrective and acknowledging feedback.Cleanliness and Standards: Oversee and follow up on checklists to ensure adherence with food and bar safety principles (Pink Standard). Document and report any issues honestly.Juicer Training: Conduct planned Juicer training following the mantra: “Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation” to build skilled and engaged team members.Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address in-store guest feedback professionally.Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts, communicate daily targets, and oversee deliveries and related reporting.Key Performance Indicators
