This is a full-time, permanent role, working a 4 on, 4 off night shift pattern (19:00 - 07:00), or on a day shift pattern (07:00 - 19:00) where you''ll be responsible for leading warehouse operations, developing high-performing teams and ensuring operational, safety and customer targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with operational support functions and site leadership teams, you''ll play a key role in delivering operational excellence while creating a safe, engaging and productive working environment for colleagues.
