You''ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You''ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise team members during designated shiftsOpen and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reportsEnsure all food preparation is completed to company standardsDeliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customersMaintain product control and ensure correct volumes are preparedEnsure the store cleaning standards are maintainedComplete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health and Safety standardsAbout You:Previous experience in a ..... full job details .....
