To lead shifts, ensuring exceptional "old school" hospitality and fresh food experiences for customers, while supporting management in maintaining high standards, team happiness, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing compliance, training staff, and continuously improving service and restaurant performance to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
