Reporting to the Factory Manager, you''ll manage five Team Leaders, driving safety, quality and production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Working a Monday to Thursday day shift (approximately 06:00-16:00, 37.5 hours), this is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Supervisor or Manager looking to join a growing business.As a Shift Manager you will:Manage production to safety, quality and output targets working closely with Planning and LogisticsHold management responsibility for Team LeadersMonitor KPIs for productivity, waste and downtime, driving continuous improvement and operational performanceCoordinate labour, materials and machineryAbout you:Management or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong people management and communication skills, experienced in managing KPIs and health and safetyExperience from offsite/MMC manufacturing environment (timber frame, modular, volumetric)Lean Manufacturing, CNC (Hundegger) knowledge or IOSH qualification would be advantageous.As Shift Manager your benefits will include:Performance bonus (circa 5%)Private medical insuranceEnhanced pension provisionShare purchase options, ..... full job details .....
