This role requires hands-on responsibility for a wide range of electrical, mechanical, pressure systems, and low-voltage (LV) installations, ensuring the site operates to the highest levels of safety, compliance, and efficiency. You''ll be part of a skilled shift team, providing 24/7 cover across key engineering systems, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive support.Key Responsibilities:Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on all LV systems, including lighting, power distribution, switchgear, and control panels.Perform electrical fault-finding, testing, and isolations in accordance with BS7671 (18th Edition) and site standards.Inspect and maintain UPS, emergency lighting, fire alarm panels, and BMS interfaces.Support minor installation works and component upgrades.Maintain and repair pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and pipework systems.Assist with the operation and maintenance of boilers, cooling towers, and HVAC infrastructure.Support water treatment tasks including chlorination, flushing, and temperature checks.Carry out routine pressure vessel and pressure system checks in line with ..... full job details .....
