Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: Central London (Prestigious Law firm site)Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only) 07:00 - 19:00Salary: 48,000 with an increase in June 2026 to 52,000 + Plenty of overtimeThe RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. This is a fast-paced environment where the "customer experience" is just as important as the technical fix.PPMs and Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor-level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC).Critical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient.Compliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit-ready.What You''ll NeedElectrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds equivalent (plus 18th/19th Edition).Critical/client facing experienceRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
