      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;48000 - &amp;pound;52000/annum | Type: Permanent | Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)    Location: Central London (Prestigious Law firm site)  Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only) | 07:00 - 19:00  Salary: -48,000 with an increase in June 2026 to -52,000 + Plenty of overtime    The Role    You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. This is a fast-paced environment where the "customer experience" is just as important as the technical fix.  PPMs &amp; Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor-level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC).  Critical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient.  Compliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit-ready.     What You''ll Need    Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or City &amp; Guilds equivalent (plus 18th/19th Edition).
