This is a fast-paced environment where the "customer experience" is just as important as the technical fix. PPMs & Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor-level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC). Critical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient. Compliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit-ready.
