Shift Maintenance Engineer - Panama Shift
Location: Norfolk | Sector: FMCG Manufacturing
Salary: c. -51,000 + overtime at 1.6x

We''re recruiting a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer on a Panama shift (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights).

Key Responsibilities:

- Breakdown response and fault-finding
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Supporting continuous improvement

What We''re Looking For:

- Electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer
- Experience in FMCG, food, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing
- Confident with PLC fault-finding
- Mechanically competent (bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics)
- Reliable, calm under pressure, proactive

Package:

- c. -51,000 + overtime (1.6x)
- 23 days holiday (shift equivalent 33)
- 4% employer / 4% employee pension
- Death in service cover
