A leading Facilities Management provider is expanding its engineering team and is recruiting  Shift Leads and Shift Technicians . With operations growing from one location to two, this is an opportunity to join a  12-person engineering team  working as part of a flexible London network rather than being tied to a single building.  The Role Depending on your level, you’ll:     Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services.   Work across  electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems , depending on your technical background.   Support engineering operations across two major Central London locations.   Diagnose faults and ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.   Complete additional shift cover and overtime when required.   For Shift Leads, lead engineers from the front while supporting the day-to-day management of the contract.   Communicate effectively with the client and maintain high service standards.
