This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll coordinate shift activities, support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure production objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all production activities during your shift to achieve operational targets. Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times. Lead, motivate and develop the production team, providing coaching and mentoring where required. Prepare and manage daily shift plans, prioritising workloads based on customer demand and operational requirements. Attend production and shift handover meetings, communicating key performance information and outstanding actions. Ensure production teams remain fully engaged in meeting productivity, quality and delivery objectives.
