Shift Leader - Rosebank Park, Harwich Salary: £26,268.09 per annum Hours: 38 hours per week Shifts: Shifts range between 7am starts and 10pm finishes, on a 3 week rolling rota. You''ll support and guide colleagues, monitor standards, mentor new team members, complete audits, troubleshoot minor IT issues, manage medication safely, and - most importantly - genuinely care about every person in the building, including yourself.
