This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer or Engineering Team Leader to take responsibility for leading the engineering function on shift, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maintaining high standards across the site. The Role Working closely with Production and the wider Engineering team, you will lead the engineering team on shift and ensure planned and reactive maintenance is completed effectively. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting the Engineering team on shift Managing reactive and planned maintenance activities Responding to breakdowns and minimising production downtime Providing technical support across electrical and mechanical issues Ensuring engineering standards, procedures and safe working practices are maintained Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with Production to resolve technical issues About You You will...
