Shift Lead Technician London - Battersea Permanent - Continental Shift pattern Salary - £48,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus private healthcare and flexible benefits We''re looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Lead Technician to take ownership of service delivery across a key client contract. You''ll lead a team of Technicians, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and customer care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll balance technical expertise with people management and client engagement. What You''ll Be Doing Lead and support your team to deliver excellent service across client sites.Manage PPM and reactive maintenance to meet SLAs and KPIs.Provide first-line leadership, performance reviews, and team development.Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory regulations, and internal procedures.Liaise with clients and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.Support with fault finding, quoting, and supervising small works and projects.Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We''re Looking For Previous experience at a senior level, ideally as a Multi-Skilled Technician.Strong background in Industrial, Commercial and Domestic systems, with experience in PPMs aligned to SFG20 or equivalent.Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Capable of supervising reactive repairs and small projects.Experienced in managing statutory and mandatory compliance records, ..... full job details .....
