The RoleAs First Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading production operations within a manufacturing area, ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management skills, operational decision-making capability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of production operators on shift. Deliver production plans safely, efficiently and to quality standards. Promote and maintain strong SHE and process safety performance. Coordinate activities with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
