      <description>Location: Smethwick | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | AutoStore Shift LeadWest Midlands areaShift: 10:00am - 6:00pmSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for an experienced AutoStore Shift Lead to join a growing operation that is taking its first major steps into warehouse automation.The Role and OpportunityYou''ll take ownership of the day-to-day AutoStore operation, acting as the key point of contact for IT bugs, admin issues, breakdowns and troubleshooting, ensuring the system runs smoothly and disruption is minimised.The AutoStore system was recently launched and implemented within three months, so there are some natural teething issues to resolve. AutoStore currently supports the site''s online operation, with a shuttle system planned for the future to support the bulk-picking operation.
