Shift LeadLiverpool Street, City of London £55,000 - £60,000We''re recruiting for a Shift Lead to join our client based in Liverpool Street, to work within a state of the art, commercial property as part of a well experience MandE maintenance team. This is a great role if you''re looking for valuable experience, receive on-going training and receive exposure to a high end site.As a Shift Lead, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on MandE systems, allocate works, lead a team, update site logbooks, respond to client needs and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.As a Shift Lead, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (CandG/EAL/NVQ or equivalent), at least 5 years experience working within commercial maintenance, and a good understanding of commercial MandE systems.This is a shift role, following a continental shift pattern, days and night shift.Shift Lead Duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
