Shift Engineering Supervisor needed for a large Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Shift Engineering Supervisor that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of manging a site and supervising engineers carrying out PPM''s duties.

The successful candidate must have experience in building services with strong knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance.

You must also have experience in managing and supervising engineering teams effectively.

** Due to the contract & the site this is on it is essential for you to pass CTC clearance **

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Shift Engineering Supervisor will include:

• Supervise and manage a team of skilled engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within agreed service level agreements
• Maintain high standards of safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop effective working relationships and demonstrate strong commercial awareness in line with contract KPIs

What experience you need to be the successful Shift Engineering Supervisor:

• Experienced in building services with strong knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance
• Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams effectively
• Practical, flexible and able to manage own workload using initiative
• Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and competent in commercial and contract management considerations
