Shift Engineering Manager

My client are currently looking to recruit a Shift Engineering Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire.You will be working with an extremely successful and well established Scottish FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment. Shifts:4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6:30am - 6:30pmMain responsibilities: Oversee all engineering activities during your shift ensuring optimal performance of production equipmentLead a team of engineers, motivating and developing them to maximize their potential and productivityImplement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtimeCollaborate with production managers to ensure alignment between engineering capabilities and production needsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety among all team membersUtilise data to assess equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesManage shift-related administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and planningWhat you will need:Proven experience in an engineering management role, particularly within a fast paced production environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems related to productionDemonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, ..... full job details .....
