Due to continued growth, they''re looking to add a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to their night team, on an excellent shift pattern that gives you more family time than a standard rotation.The RoleCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production and packaging equipmentFault find and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtimeWork a night shift pattern of 7 shifts in 14 (similar to a Panama pattern), with 7 off in returnWork closely with production to support continuous improvement across the siteMaintain accurate maintenance records and ensure work is completed in line with food safety standardsWhat We''re Looking ForA recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent apprenticeship)Multi-skilled background - electrical or mechanical bias considered, but competent across bothExperience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similarly fast-paced production environmentHappy working permanent nights on a 7 in 14 shift patternA proactive, hands-on approach with strong fault-finding skillsWhat''s On Offer 61,000 basic salaryPermanent nights, 7 shifts in 14 days.
