      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: &amp;pound;46000 - &amp;pound;48000/annum | Type: Permanent | Maintenance Engineer  Coventry  £46,000-£48,000 per annum  4 on, 4 off - Days &amp; Nights  6am-6pm / 6pm-6am    We are looking for an experienced maintenance Engineer to join a busy engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  Working as part of the shift engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, responding to breakdowns and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to help keep the site running safely and efficiently.    Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities  - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production and site equipment  - Respond quickly to breakdowns and engineering issues to minimise production downtime  - Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults  - Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs  - Identify root causes of recurring faults and support improvements to equipment reliability  - Maintain, repair and troubleshoot a range of manufacturing and production machinery  - Support continuous improvement projects across the site  - Work closely with production and other engineering team members to resolve issues  - Ensure all engineering work is completed safely and in line wi...</description>
