Shift Engineer (Multi-Skilled)Location: AylesburySalary: Up to £48k per annum (DOE) Plus Benefits - Potential to earn £50k plus Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days and Nights)As a Shift Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining production uptime across blow moulding machinery (Extrusion, Injection, and Stretch Blow Moulding) and associated plant equipment. You will work as part of a shift-based engineering team to ensure production continuity and high performance.Key Responsibilities for this Shift Engineer role:Maximise uptime of all production machinery and equipmentDiagnose and repair faults efficiently during breakdownsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesEnsure all maintenance documentation and logs are completed accuratelySupport continuous improvement initiatives within the plantEnsure compliance with health and safety, quality, hygiene, and food safety standardsCollaborate with production teams to minimise disruption and improve efficiencyUndertake additional duties as reasonably requiredSkills and Experience Required for this Shift Engineer role:Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (Plastics, Packaging, FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharma)NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Electrical qualification essential)Strong multi-skilled engineering background (Electrical and Mechanical)Experience working on automated production machineryAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced shift environmentBenefits for this Shift Engineer role:Generous pension ..... full job details .....
