As a Shift Engineer, you''ll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of production and process equipment, ensuring maximum plant availability, and supporting operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Working collaboratively with Production, Technical and Engineering teams.
