Shift Engineer

With a strong commitment to employee development, this role is perfect for someone looking to grow and thrive within a supportive workplace.Shift Pattern- Double Days, 6 am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm- 6 on 3 offWhat You Will Do:- Work within a proactive maintenance team to reduce engineering downtime and enhance productivity.- Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks on advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines.- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and troubleshoot PLC and drive systems.- Ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.- Provide 24/7 breakdown support as part of a maintenance team for a busy manufacturing site.- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across engineering processes.What You Will Bring:- Time-served Industrial Electrician certification.- Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, preferably within manufacturing.- Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines.- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.- Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.This ..... full job details .....
