Benefits:- 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysPrivate Pension and Life Assurance Regular Overtime Available Role and Responsibilities: Provide electrical and mechanical support and repairs for all high-speed production linesCarry out PPM''s, reactive maintenance and project workWorking on conveyors, pick and place robots, fillers, cappers, blister packers, extruders, mixers, labellers, wrappers, palletisers, stackers, automation and controls, PLC''s, silosElectrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repairsUse of Piranha CMMS systemsProject work - machine upgrades, installations and continuous improvementsImprove equipment reliability and operational OEE of manufacturing plant Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must be a multi-skilled engineer - electrical, mechanical, machining, fabrication and weldingIdeally have completed an accredited apprenticeship to level 3 electrical standardsHNC qualified preferredStrong electrical and mechanical fault finding and root cause analysis skillsExperience of working in high-speed FMCG manufacturingPLC - electrical fault-finding skillsBeneficial to have use Piranha CMMS systemTeam player, driven and enthusiasticHave been ..... full job details .....
