As a Shift Engineer your key role and responsibilities will be: Carry out PPM''s, reactive maintenance and continuous improvement projectsIndustrial electrical fault finding and problem solving, along with minor mechanical repairsSupport reliability engineering, looking to make things run more efficientlyWorking on various production and packaging machinery, conveyors, automation and control systemsPLC - electrical fault findingUse and regularly update the CMMS systemsDealing with industrial equipment, motors, sensors, servo drives, proximity systems, control panels, inverters, contactors, gearboxes, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics Knowledge, skills and experience need to be a Shift Engineer: Must be an experienced electrical biased engineer or industrial electricianLevel 3 qualified or higher in electrical engineering - apprenticeship trainedPLC - electrical fault finding skillsMust have worked in fast-paced manufacturing previouslyWillingness to learn new things and suggest improvementsStrong ..... full job details .....
