The Role As a Shift Engineer, you''ll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a critical commercial environment, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems Electrical or mechanical fault finding and repairs AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant UPS systems and emergency lighting BMS monitoring and operation Fire alarms and sprinkler systems HVAC equipment maintenance Permit-to-work management Health and Safety compliance Site logbooks and compliance documentation Requirements City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience within commercial building maintenance Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Professional and customer-focused approach HVAP ..... full job details .....
